Jurrjens vs Young any predictions?

Jurrjens gives up a lead off double to Brian Giles, and then allows Adrian Gonzalez to drive him in with a doulbe of his own, but gets out of the first without giving up anything else. I hope the Braves bats didn't use up all of the hits Sunday. We need this series, we can't just stay floating around 500 ball.

Go HOTLANTA

The Braves should be able to at least take the series (probably not sweep).  The Bravos are 11-4 at home while the Padres are only 6-11 on the road.  But I agree, I hope we didnt waste all of our hits on Sunday.  It should be a pitching duel with Jurrjens and Young both starting the year pretty well.

Chipper is amazing... I really think he rarely gets enough credit for how good a hitter he is.  For someone who's as old as Chip and has battled some injuries in past years, to be leading the league in BA by 40 points is unreal.  And he still plays the bare-handed grounder better than anyone I've ever seen.

So take that Golden Glove and shove it Wright, we know we got the best 3rd baseman in the league

I mean if someone told you at the beginning of the year that Chase Utley would be at .362, 13 hrs, and 26 rbis you'd have to guess he would be the clubhouse leader for MVP.

But good 'ol Chip is sitting at .435, 10 hr, and 29 rbis as of that last homer.  And I have no doubts he can keep this up all year.  He is just timeless and my favorite Brave ever by far

.... Sorry I had to gush my mancrush, but damn haha
