That may belong to Kobe but we all know that Chris Paul deserves it. I'm not saying Kobe didn't have a good year, but he got the sympathy vote. It should have come down to CP3 or LeBron James (IMO). I highly doubt it was sympathy... getting your team to first in the west, winning the division and closing with wins against the Spurs and Hornets did it.  Especially when the Lakers were picked to be the 8th or 7th seed if they even got in the playoffs this year.  Either way Kobe deserved it this year as much as the last two years.  Chris Paul was the only other option though, You cannot be in the east and only be the fourth seed and expect an MVP.

yeah he wasnt hit in the throat. David West was foulded on the shot didnt get it put his hand on Robert Horry and he jumped back. the announcer said his hand was on the throat but go back on ur dvr and look. he fell to draw a foul. like bowen and manu and parker and the rest of the Spurs and Mavericks. they must teach something in texas about fouling on contact?

kobe is great, we all know that. but as a laker fan you should know that they were first in the west and won their division because of the acquisition of gasol, not kobe alone

Hey guys, this game isn't over yet....we need to keep our heads in it.

Lakers, you guys looked pretty good yesterday, hope to see ya'll in a couple of weeks...

Did anyone catch this from the glogger on the Gamecenter?

I swear Chris Paul has an overdrive mode. The guy is fast during half-court sets but I've never seen anyone blindside Duncan and Parker. That's straight up my fast is better than your fast, though your fast is pretty fast and has won a few championships, but I got a new fast. I have never seen anyone dominate Tony Parker in the postseason like this. Many people use the "Let's see how he does against Parker in the postseason" argument to undermine the greatness of a point guard, Chris Paul has turned that argumentative category into something beneficial.

Or it could just be that every player in the NBA flops?
Lol and why do you think that a poor college student has DVR?
