Cleveland Cavaliers (4) vs Boston Celtics (1)

I have two words, LeBron time.   There is no one who can keep up with LeBron for the Celtics 1 on 1.  This is going to leave someone open for the Cavs, the supporting staff for them is full of confidence so watch out.  The Celtics have the big 3, if they are going to win the series all three of them have to perform to their max.  Cavs in 6.  Cavs in 6. Did I mention the Cavs in 6?

Could the people that mistakenly took the Magic rethink and repost their positions after the game one declaration by the Pistons?

Because I would like to see Homer get his foot out of his arse.

There is no one who can keep up with LeBron for the Celtics 1 on 1.Mighty Mouse, I agree with that wholeheartedly, but that's true of everyone of Cleveland's opponents. If the Cavs are gonna win this series its gonna be because of their role players stepping up to complement LeBron. As legendary as LeBron's performance in last year's ECF was, the Cavs don't win that series without Boobie Gibson stepping up and doing some serious damage.

My predictions:

Lakers in 5.  Utah can't stop Kobe.  Boozer and Deron are young and don't quite have their game at a consistent level where they will dominate.  Boozer will have trouble down low and be out due to fouls.  Deron won't be able to push around Fisher.  Their defense although good; won't work with LA cause they have too many options.

NO in 7.  I'm going to give the edge to NO due to homecourt adv and youth.  Duncan is a different guy each night.  Manu is turnover prone.  Parker is great but will have met his match in Paul.

Cavs in 6.  I'd have to say I'm not impressed with Boston at all.  They are overhyped.  Cavs will pull it off in 6, since it is clear games 3, 4, and 6 are Cavs as Boston cannot win on the road.  Cavs can.  I say they win Game 1 or 2.

Pistons in 4.  I have them sweeping the Magic.  The Magic matched up well with Toronto but they are in over their heads with the Pistons.  I suspect the Pistons will even lose their bad games.  Howard won't have the games he did against Toronto.  Wallace will keep him at bay.  Orlando is overpowered in every single position; including the bench.  Lewis is their best option and they don't even know how to use him efficiently.

Celts in 5, Hawks gave them a wake up call, Cavs want to grind it out who's better than Boston at that, no one

Hornets in 7, Hornets will wear down the Spurs with athleticism, finally talent beats fundamentals

Lakers in 6, too much kobe, nuff said

Pistons in 5, looks like what everyone wants to see, Pistons Celts

I gave my predictions the other day, with the exception of the Cleveland-Boston matchup as it was not yet determined.

I'm in complete agreement with my buddy whoosh.  I like the Cavs in 6, as I'm not sure that the Celics will be able to "gel", a la playoff mode.  If Szczerbiak and Gibson can knock down some jumpers, look out.
