Limas Sweed will be the best reciever in this years draft class..he is tall very athletic and can catch with the best of them..he will see the endzone alot in his first year and be a huge contributer in the NFL in a couple years as pittsburghs number one guy...james hardy is a close second though

if the Titans were smart they would have highered Texases OC and drafted Sweed and Charles and had a U of Texas party. It would have been sweet!

At first, I hated the 'skins 2nd round...now that I think about it, I'm loving it.  If they'd only taken Thomas, he'd come in with a big ego thinking he was the answer to the 'skins prayers at WR.  Instead, he comes in thinking "one of us (Thomas or Kelly) is going to be that #3 receiver...its no guarantee to be me..." and they will both work their butts off to crack the starting lineup.  Oh, and Moss and Randle El shouldn't feel too comfortable either.  7 TDs to WRs last year?  That's pathetic....I'd be looking over my shoulder if I was them.  All 4 of these WRs are going to push each other for playing time, leading to a stronger and much improved WR corps.

The problem with Limas Sweed is sometimes he loses focus and doesn't go all out.  He is talented undoubtedly, but I question his work ethic.  If it doesn't improve he will only be an average possession receiver.

don't we hear this story every year

I think Sweed has the most talent of the WRs, but can he stay healthy. Out of all the WRs that were picked, I think he will have the best first couple of seasons. He was drafted by a team that has a proven top QB, a great running game, solid line and an excellent compliment on the other side in Hines Ward. I can't see any other rookie WR with an easier situation with which to succeed at a high level.
