This means an improvement of 4 games as the Rams go 7 - 9.  If the Rams overachieve they go 8 - 8 or 9 - 7.   The early part of the schedule is a make or break part as momentum plays such an important rule in winning, especially for a team that is struggling to gain an identity and has forgotten how to win.  If an upset can happen in the first three weeks, especially against the Seahawks then things could change for the better.

I think if the Rams are healthy(unlike last year) they have as good a chance as anybody at winning their division.

It isn't as far fetched as it seems

I think the poster that said win the last six was an understatement. I say they win the last 9. I also agree that the opening schedule is tough, but I still say that we will go atleast 11-5. Who cares about televised game when they have Sunday ticket available. Also if they upset the Eagles or the Pats that would SWEEEEEET. Although it probably won't happen.

Still I would be shocked if we didn't take the division title.

The Redskins game is the wild card game. They are a little bit overrated, but can beat you in a heartbeat. Plus, its @ Washington, the largest stadium in the league and the fans are loyal there.

8-8 is the minimum I'm hoping, 9-7 is very realistic, 10-6 isn't impossible, 11-5 would be best case.
