Flat-out impossible for refs to cause a blowout, unless it's REALLY obvious. As I've heard over and over, the better team can overcome differences in officiating by adjusting play. The Spurs are normally the masters of adjusting their game - 80 points in a defensive contest one night, 120 in a scoring fest the next. It's how they play.
The Suns have one major game - outscore their opponents. They also outplayed San Antonio in almost every other way. They used weapons they should've been using this whole series. Bench the man who's not producing, and put someone in who can. Give the ball to the man who's hot, who's driven, or who cares enough to fight to the end.
Raja Bell and Boris Diaw get full credit for keeping the series alive. The Suns outplayed the Spurs in this game.
The question is, can they do it 3 more times? Doubtful, but it'd be awesome if they did.
