i absolutely love this schedule. we have 6 home games this season instead of 5 like we usually have, 3 nationally televised games with miami (oh) on espn2 in UB stadium. that should be a great game. and we have a few very tough games against pitt, missouri and central michigan. i think we can get a 7-5 record this year at least. i think UB football is finally starting to get some recognition.
Now go ahead and kick UTEP's ASS !!! That will get you off to a great start and is still considered a quality win because of all the hype Mike Price gets. They are ready for a whippn' from a hungry MAC team.
Buffalo will definitly move up in the D1 rankings this season. Let some other confrence dominate the bottom of the 120 schools.
The MAC is going to have a stellar season and now may be considered for a fourth bowl tie in.
A great sign of the way things are looking for UB!! Out of conference home games as well as a televised home game on ESPN 2 is a wonderful thing for this program. Turner Gill has put a lot of blood sweat and tears into this program and it's starting to pay off.
Pitt is beatable since they got Nebraska old AD. "We will not let our Football program become mediocre. When does Basketball season start again?"- Pitt AD
