I remember this Ohio State fan. He randomly came onto our board during the beginning of the B-Ball season and began bashing our team...All I have to say is...
NIT!! NIT!! NIT!!........Good job CHAMPIONS...I have a question for you too. Does Ohio State actually have that NIT championship trophy on display, or is it hidden in a dust basement somewhere? I also heard that since no one bought the Buckeye championship shirts that they sent them to starving children in Kenya...
(For future reference) Before you talk trash about a person's team, making sure that your's is actually capable of making it to the REAL tournament.

I don't think anyone would like to have seen the score had Ohio state played UNC in our position, but since your team was too pitiful to even get chosen for the NCAA tournment, they were forced to play UMass. haha. What a quality opponent they were. At least the hogs were capable of being beaten by one of the best teams in the nation; unlike Ohio state who participated in a tournament with powerhouses like: Cleveland State, Morgen state, Stephen F. Austin, and Robert Morris. With competition like that I'm not sure they didn't give the Buckeyes the trophy before the tournament even started.

UNC only beat us by 13 points earlier in the season so don't get too happy.

After holding your team to an 0-18 shooting run in the second half. But wait, what was the score of the Tennessee and Indiana game? Last time I checked, we beat both of them. (we handed it to Indiana) We both lost to North Carolina, so really that isn't an accurate gauge of our team's talent.
The only point that I need to make is that we made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament, and you didn't. In that light, its obvious that the nation felt that we had a better team.

Lol alright, have fun doing that every single year. I would rather have a great yearwith 3 first round picks then when the NIT and have a great recruiting class coming in next year than be mediocre for years.

Let me get this straight...the NIT is fun? I wonder what UNC, Duke, UCLA, and Kentucky have been doing all these years in the the real NCAA tournament. I bet they had no clue that the NIT where all the real action was at!
You would rather have "1" great year...in which you finished runner-up to an SEC team? You had 3 First Round picks....and still couldn't win it all?
Mediocre for years....where were you guys in the 90's?

Ohio state just go back to your crappy Big 10 family. Just admit you can't hang with the SEC. Yes I'm a razorback fan first and foremost, but I'm also a Alabama, Georgia, and Ole Miss fan. Kinda partial to Tennesse too. So just go home!!!

Buckeye fans came out in big numbers to watch Ohio State win the NIT. I was at a local bar, and was surprised how busy it was. I have to admit, the Buckeye fans are faithful.
But then again, so are Razorback fans. Nothing better than going home to Little Rock and getting to talk to, hang out with, and watch Arkansas games.
BTW...anyone on here from Little Rock? I usually tailgate for the LSU game even if I don't have tickets. I'd like to watch at a bar this year. Anyone have good suggestions?

In the famous words of Wally Hall, even if you win the NIT, you're still only the 66th best team in the country.

I just noticed something, look at his avatar LMAO. All these teams from Ohio and then randomly you have the Orlando Magic thrown in there? WTF? Crennel is just waiting to choke it up with all those All-Stars they have signed. The Indians won't win another world series for 10 more years (at least). The Buckeyes will continue getting smashed in bowl games by 30+. I'm pretty sure that's all I have to say.

That boar was shot in Bama by the way, and it was a planned hunt. That's the pig owner's son, there is a story on it how it was a setup. The owner overfed the pig for 4-5 years, let him loose on his own property, and let his son shoot him. Impressive? No. Oh and the NIT isn't where it's at, it's all about the CBI baby! Maybe Ohio State will lose to some C-USA team in finals there next year.

HoginOhio, I live in Little Rock and if you can't get into the game (I have had season tickets to Little Rock since 1990) you should go to West End Tavern. It is on Shackleford and they have a ton of TV's, good food and drink!
