Its going to be really hard for a pitcher to reach 350 wins again, but what about 300?  Who currently has the best chance of one day getting to 300 wins?

Just going by age, you'd have to say that CC Sabathia has a decent shot.

If he gets lucky and gets a few 19 win seasons, in addition to pitching to age 42, Cole Hamels could do it. I'd think Sabathia is the best bet, however.

Rich Harden! Seriously, though, C.C. probably has the best statistical probability of making it, but Peavy is looking good too.

Let's see what Randy Johnson looks like in his first start next week. He's the closest, at 284.

The guys mentioned are good possibilities, but they're also very far away from it.

I think Randy Johnson is going to stick around until he gets # 300. The way pitchers are used now a days with the low pitch counts and reliever specialists I am not sure any young pitcher is gonna reach 300.  C.C.  Sabathia might have a chance but right now he is looking like Bartolo Colon did after winning his Cy Young in '05.

Randy Johnson only nees 7 or 8 more
