Should the Bucs Draft DeSean Jackson in round 1?

From KFFL:
Combine weigh-in for DeSean Jackson

"NFL | D. Jackson measures in at NFL Combine
Fri, 22 Feb 2008 09:00:29 -0800

During his press conference at the NFL Scouting Combine Friday, Feb. 22, California WR DeSean Jackson said he measured 5-foot-9 and weighed in at 169 pounds."

That's smaller than he was estimated to be, isn't it? Actually, that's smaller than Ted Ginn when he came out of college. does this drive him out of Rd 1?

Also, Jon Gruden replied:

"Which (receiver) do you like?'' Gruden said. ""I mean the guy at Cal (Jackson) is 169 pounds. Is he going to be big enough? "

Wow! DeSean Jackson is the tiniest guy in the ENTIRE class (worth mentioning)

I still want Brohm...

Especially since Griese didn't want to be traded here, Simms is not in camp, Plummer's not here (and sucks anyway), Gradkowski sucks, McCown holds onto the ball too long, and Garcia's bitching about his contract after one damned season.

This is a mess.

Time to clean house and start fresh with a new one.

I think we should go after a QB so he can learn from Garcia, we have no one we can count on past the next year or two. We can look at the second and third round for WR and CB help.

I think he's worth the pick if he drops to us. it sure would be nice to settle in with one guy under center for more than 2 years...

Brian Broham if hes still around and its looking like he might be but if we dont get him Desean Jackson looks like he would b a perfect replacement for Galloway looking at his highlight reel.

I would love to have a QB in the 1st round as a future QB.

Although, Gruden would get hammered by the press if he drafted a QB and still had 5 on the roster.  But I wouldn't care.

Absolutely NOT on DeSean Jackson.  Not with our 1st round pick.

I like Caldwell from Florida the more I think about it... in the 3rd or 4th round.

NO WAY!!  Do not take this guy first.  He is just not what we need right now...WR will be available later in the 2-4 rounds...I have to agree about Brohm..If he is available we should jump on him.

With the 20th pick you don't "Take a chance" you go for need.  Give Monte Kiffin more tools so he can win us another Super Bowl,  Talib or Jenkins would be great bargains at the 20th pick

Great comments.  DO NOT BE STUPID AND DRAFT DE SEAN.

Gruden already said he's too small anyway.
