What's up board members? I have caught motorcycle fever and am seriously looking into purchasing one. I think I'm a little on the young side for a hog, so I've been looking at the Yamaha R6, any suggestions?
The R6 is a beautiful bike but the Honda 600RR is an overall better bike unless you plan to use the R6 to race...to me, the 600RR is much more comfortable....comfort being a relative term for crotch rockets.
dont be afraid of the hoopla surrounding a HAWG.....
as for your age ..you stated you were a lil young?,,,age plzzzzz
if you wana ride your money ,,,go with a honda or a riceburner......but if your gona move up in a year or so ,,trade in or resale it...you seriously need a harley....they always hold their value...currently im lookin at a basket case ...84 FXR...for 3500 bucks...and it needs work...they have great deals on harleys nowadys,,,,,,you outa get a sporster..prolly starting bout 8 g's......depending on if you got some scooter trash to haul around[WOMAN]....LOL..best of luck...................
Why the hell would u get a 600 dude? Grow some hair on ur balls and go for a Gixer 1000. Ride safely sweetheart! Pullin wheelies at 80mph will agree with u more without the pussyfart 600.
if you are going to buy a bike ,buy American steel ,nothing better than a harley.as far as size my girlfriend has a sportster and she is 5-9- 130 lbs .she handles it with no problem till it needs something done to it then it is guess who.
Yeah, I know the R1 would be the macho bike, but I've never been on a motorcycle before, and that could spell trouble for an amateur. I'm 22 by the way, that's why I said I feel I'm a little too young to be haulin' the Harley...
Definately go with the 1000. You will wish you had of after a month or two. My brother is selling his R1 for $5,900 I think. It is silver and gun metal black, not a scratch. If you're interested , come on over to ILLINI town.
