Donald Sloan was hit in the ribs on his final shot. I was not aware the NCAA met and decided to make it legal. I understand that you do not make most calls in that situation but when someone is hit in the ribs on the way up you cannot let play continue

A&M played a great game and put themselves in position to win.  The player who you claimed was fouled didn't complain he just put his head down knowing they just came up short, no hands in the air or complaining by him or his teammates meaning it was a clean play.  Great game by the Aggies don't kid yourself and blame it on the refs.  UCLA had plenty of bad calls go against them.

Respectfully,

That was unbelievable - I have been trying to find a way to complain to the NCAA about that pathetic non-call - not that it would matter.  I'm not an A&M fan but you guys just got ripped-off.  Love should have fouled out four or five times in this game.  Why don't we send all the basketball players home for the tournament and send out the offensive lines from our football teams to determine the championship?  That or let's "let them play" all year long so everyone knows what the rules are.  Nice job on the part of CBS to completely ignore all of this - must be in the contract.  Congrats on a great game.

i thought the officiating was very questionable... you would think they would have good, consistent refs calling a game like this...

guess not... cause there were questionable calls on both teams, all night long.

the real truth is that it was a horrible play in that situation... he should have kicked it to someone else, maybe carter and go for a three even... but going straight in like that??  i think it was a poor judgment call... but whatever

the Aggies had a GREAT last 2 weeks, and i think they will be ready to roll over the Big XII next year... i'm not disappointed with this game

now i don't have anything to post about for the rest of the summer cause i'm not a baseball person... but i'll live i suppose

pCe.

Wow a bunch of unbelievable calls down the stretch.  I cannot believe all the calls they made saying the Love kid made blocks.  He made some blocks, but not all of them.  The Aggies should be in the sweet 16 they did enough to win the game.  I mean they totally dominated in the paint they dominated in rebounding and only two players account for the UCLA points except 11 give me a break.  This stinks of conspiracy to make sure a 1 seed does not lose in front of a basic home crowd.  I very upset with this loss.  I think the Aggies possibly could have slid into the final four if they get past UCLA.

Great post here.  Love should have been gone along time ago.  I think the kid is alright, but they really hype him way too much.  I could not believe all the block calls they were making.  It was unbelievable to see that.  I thought A&M really dominated them inside.  Love is the only big man for UCLA so if he goes down they would have been screwed.  I'm really disappointed in this game.  It really was a heart breaker to see the team really control this game until the last two minutes.

Wow Aggies! You really got the s#%t slapped out of you.  -  -  -  - Still couldn't get a foul called from those home crowd make happy pleasers.  Got to be proud of the way the Aggie hoopsters showed character.  That last play was a mugging on replay.  Aggie hoops seems to get better every year.  Good Luck next year!  It seems like the NCAA (National Collegiate Association Against)  smaller population affiliates,  Aggies sure played hard against the Bruins practically playing a home game.  Hard enough to beat the #1 seed, especially when you have to beat the crowd noise & the refs not calling fouls.
