Why do Michigan fans have to bring up the Florida game everytime something about Florida is mentioned?

It's very simple---they can't say anything about Ohio State.

don't try to explain anything to little 11 fans. they're still sore that their conference and schools are mediocre compared to the SEC. Yeah, mishitgan won a game against a team that had exactly 3 offensive weapons.. and that included the QB. If you'da played us LAST SEASON we'da wiped the floor with you, but we lost our #1 reciever, our #2 reciever, our #1 running back, and a couple of o-linemen, not to mention this was Tebow's first year as a starting QB. Oh yeah, and who won the heisman again? It WASN'T someone from the little 11, I promise.

This funny.. don't you have a saturday detention to attend.

EXCUSES, EXCUSES, EXCUSES. Going by your logic shouldn't you be giving credit to tOSU. They lost more in talent in a heisman QB, #1 and #2 receiver, #1 running back.

No credit is due to OSU... there horrible under pressure in all categories all sports.... there excuse is the loss of Ginn and Smith..Ginn was a stud Smith was not a real QB and really didn't hurt your team in losing him...

See, while OSU did lose alot of weapons on offense, their defense was still in place. Florida's defense was raped by the draft. The entire linebacker core, Reggie Nelson, Jarvis Moss, and I can name more. And Leak was a far better QB than people give him, he was a big loss to the offense even though Tebow did get alot of stats. I was surprised we even made it to the Capitol One bowl. Michigan on the other hand, had their entire team in place for a run last year. Everyone was gettinf healthy right around the end of the year. But lets not say plastered. It was a good game. But yeah Michigan did win. Congrats. Now I dare you to play us this year now that we have defensive players returning and a real RB :)

And for tha sake of the conversation, Percy Harvin is that fast. He's widely considered the fastest reciever in college football. Who cares if he got run down once. It happens to everyone.

The difference is Harvin is talented enough to play the full game, where fatigue will eventually set in. Morgan Trent, that is like the back up to Peyton Manning, what is his name oh yeah it does not matter.

And he got run down from behind by Michigan's Morgan Trent in the Capital One Bowl!!

Uhhhh, watch the replay. Angles, my friend, angles. A DT can appear to run down a WR if they have the proper angle. Most people who have never played a down of organized football would not understand this, so you're excused. Not to mention Harvin ran a total of 125 yards on that play.

Speaking of angles, maybe our secondary will learn proper angles this offseason. Michigan should feel grateful that UF fielded it's youngest defense ever. EVER.
