After Pitt beat the Mountaineers I knew they would not let anyone stop their offense again.  Then when Rod lied to his team about going to Michigan and then proved he was lying when he accpeted the job, I know they would not lose against Oklahoma.  I took them in the pool and I wasn't the only one.  Shu said this game would be a blowout, he just didn't get the color right.  Blue and Maize  not  Red and White.  So the number one team in the Big East blows out the number one team in the Big 12, not exactly what most of you posters thought would happen.  Thank you WVU, we needed that.

Mountaineer nation don't forget to give some of the credit to Calvin McGee, who unfortunately is also off to Michigan.  Well called game with balance and not this run, run, run....punt theory that Fraud kept using over and over.

Keep Bill Stewart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You've gotta love the emotion of Owen Shmitt. His last year at WVU. Comes through with a bunch of great blocks and that real long TD run. He along with Peyton Hillis will be the first two Fullbacks taken in the draft.

Naysayer here. Wow, stunning. Congratulations.

I look forward to seeing Owen "Runaway Beer Truck" Schmidt in The NFL in 2008. How do you even think of putting a DB on that guy in your blocking scheme OU?

"One of these star studded WVU players need to do WVU and WV poetic justice and call out RR for what he is and ask every coach to remain at WVU."

Well, there you go, Pat White just said it.

As the season neared its end (and before my tigers tanked against Ar-kansas, the team I wanted to face least in a bowl game was WVU.  I have to admit I did not expect them to show up tonight, and am shocked at the outcome.

Congrats the the 'eers!

I guess the BE should still lose its BCS Bid.  SEC, ACC, and the B12 champ down the past 3 years.

I think that was pretty cool that White said they should keep their interim coach as the head coach next year.  The players must really have a lot of respect for this guy but I wonder if he could swing it?  I hope so, he seems like a nice man who cares about the players and fans.

Thankfully, Shuless Joe, you are not paid for your opinion. If you are, you might want to find another analysis job, because you were pretty off on this one. Go 'EERS!!!!

Does anyone remember when Bob Stoops was a big game coach? What happened?
