Never! Ga. has a program that is elete. The wins may see-saw back and forth but in all reality Fla. is not head and shoulders above everyone else. Those days are gone. I'm not a Ga. fan by any means but they are good. I have developed a new respect for this team over the past few years. Urban on the other hand is like that guy on T.V. with the painted on beard you know, KA'BOOM! This guy gets on my nerves. I also think Urbans arrogrance will be the down fall of them. This guy needs to be humbled a little.

I think you are right. This is no longer the SEC of the 70s with the Bear dominating or the mid 90s with the Gators and Spurrier dominating. Far too many good coaches. Recruiting has been great for LSU, Florida, Georgia and Bama. Tuberville does a great job at Auburn and you can never count out the Vols.
The Gators have won one SEC title since 2001 while LSU , Georgia and Auburn have also won titles. The league is simply too balanced. Future coaching changes/departured might change this around but as long as Meyer, Miles, Saban, Tubs, Richt and Fulmer are around, teams are going to continue beating each other.

Yes Richt is 2-5 against the Gators, but he is also 2-2 in the last 4 games. And by our record books we are 10 games up on you guys. 47-37-2 all time. You will never catch up to us. and big gator, we have 2 SEC titles and 4 (counting last years co-east champions) East titles since 2001, Gators have 1 SEC Championship and 2 East Titles (counting 2003 co-champions)Richt is a better coach than Meyer, and I see this series being a .500 series from now on. nobody is going to dominate this series anymore. This year it could be #1 vs. #2. How great would that game be then.

While I think he's a great coach and recruiter, I agree with what you're saying. He seems kind of like a sore loser at times (after the Auburn game: "I'm sick to my stomach because we lost the game... it sucks.").

I wouldn't claim anything last year. Sure, technically we are co-champs, but we got our butts handed to us. But you are right, Richt is doing just fine.

I am amazed that you guys say Urban has such a huge ego. He seems to me to be the exact opposite of that. He continuously stresses team over self, will never allow personal accolades to be heaped onto his players. How many post-game interviews has he done where a reporter tried to build up a player, and Meyer says something along the lines of "Well yeah, but he also made a few mistakes that he needs to work on."
I for one, love his attitude of accountability and the way he keeps his player's egos in check. So I just don't get how you guys say he is egotistical and such. He seems to be extremely grounded and level headed.
And MDawg, really? Sore loser? Isn't it actually kind of nice to hear a coach say he is not satisfied with anything but a win? Sorry he is not a fake sound-bite king, but even though he says it, your coach thinks it. What do you think Richt wanted to say after the UT game? Should I hate on Richt for not speaking truthfully?
