What if the Bulls we're still interested in teamming Beasley and Rose up?Could a trade actually be put together that both the Heat and Bulls would like?I dont know but I've come up with a crazy and outlandish trade scenario, tell me what you think.

Bulls trade

SF Loul Deng

PG Kirk Hinrich

PF Tyus Thomas

Heat trade

PF Michael Beasley

SF Dorell Wright

C Marc Blount

PG Marcus Banks

future 1st rounder

Breakdown-Okay in this scenario the Bulls get a talented young player to go along with Ben Gordon,Derrick Rose, and Joakim Noah.I think the Bulls would have a nice lineup if they did this trade. If Noah stays out of trouble he's going to become a double double guy along with Beasley.Noah will be more defensive minded however he'd be a huge factor.Rose and Beasley together is self explanatory.Think of Chris Paul and David West or Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer, even Tony Parker and Tim Duncan.Obviously its good to have a good pg but results are much better when you team him up with a dynamic pf or center.Bulls starting lineup would be...

C Joakim Noah/Marc Blount/Aaron Gray

PF Michael Beasley/Drew Gooden

SF Andres Nocioni/Dorell Wright/Thabo Sefelosha

SG Ben Gordon/Larry Hughes/Thabo Sefelosha

PG Derrick Rose/Marcus Banks

They may or may not make the playoffs, however we can same the same thing about their lineup with Deng and Hinrich.Theres no telling if the Bulls are better enough to make the playoffs if its all depending on the play of a rookie pg.The way I see it is the Bulls will be a borderline lottery team next year.I think its time for them to keep the young players they feel comfortable going forward with and go from there.I like Luol Deng but basically this is how the trade breaks down.Loul Deng for Michael Beasley,Kirk Hinrich and Tyus Thomas for Marc Blount,Dorell Wright,Marcus Banks, and a 1st rounder. It seems fair to me.The Bulls would still have a decent bench as well with Hughes,Gooden, and Wright filling in.Plus they get a decent backup with a bad contract, but it expires after next year.I think if Banks just gets an opportunity he could do some damage. He just has to work harder instead of kicking himself. They get rid of Hinrich's contract and save plenty of money in the future. They'll have about 26 million in expiring contracts after the season is out(Blount's-7.9 mil,Hughes-13.6,and Banks-4.4).Guess what that means?Lebron James,Dwayne Wade,Carmelo Anthony, and Chris Bosh possible signings.

The Heat would solve their problem at pg and can just focus on bringing this team together and getting them ready.I know it would be hard giving up Dorell Wright, but theres no guarantee he'll be better than Deng is already.Right now he isnt.I like Wright's size and athleticism at 6"9,however I'd take Deng at the 3 over him right now in a heartbeat. The Heat would have a lineup of...

C Earl Barron/Alonzo Mourning/Tyus Thomas/some other free agent or mid level pickup if Mourning retires

PF Shawn Marion/Tyus Thomas/Udonis Haslem

SF Loul Deng/possibly Ricky Davis/Shawn Marion

SG Dwayne Wade/Deaquan Cook

PG Kirk Hinrich/Mario Chalmers

The thing is I dont know too much about those no name players the Heat picked up last year.Blake Ahearn,Kasib Powell, and Stephen Lasme.I dont know what positions they play but I'll watch the summer league which they will be in.Anyhow they could be possible fillers enabling the Heat to pursue a shooter for Udonis Haslem.I think the Heat would have to resign Ricky Davis after this deal which is fine by me.Davis is good to come off the bench and provide scoring. He can shoot the ball and slash to the rim. He's an athletic dunker however he's not the best finisher around the rim.I still think him bringing 13ppg off the bench would be huge for the Heat.

I think with this roster the Heat are all set.Kirk Hinrich had a down season but he'd get plenty of open looks from Dwayne Wade. It'll be different than the usual drive, kick, and shoot offense he's was use to in Chicago.Maybe he'll go back to averaging 15-17ppg for the Heat.Loul Deng being the centerpiece of the deal,Im sure Pat Riley would love the kid.He plays defense, rebounds, and scores. What more could you ask for out of a young player?Tyus Thomas is very athletic but he still needs to develop.Maybe Mourning can show him the ropes if possible.

Basically all the Heat would be lacking is a dominant post player and some outside shooting off of the bench. That can be filled by trading Marion for someone like Brand. But I'm not sure if the Clippers are even interested in Marion.I'd put him out there and see if he can merit some sort of double double pf.Maybe a unwanted guy like Zach Randolph wouldnt be a bad idea.Other possibilities could be Zydrunas Illguaskus,Rasheed Wallace,Pau Gasol,or Andrew Bynum. The Heat could contend with anyone in the east with this roster. If they can pull off another trade involving Marion to bring in a post scorer, the Heat could be thinking title already.

I think this deal could be done(though it most likely wont)if it was actually being pursued(which it isnt). However the Heat need to be active in trade talks with people other than lottery teams. There is some team out there that wants Beasley more than the Heat needs him. He's basically another trade asset along with Marion to the Heat. There going to try to use both Beasley and Marion to put 2 or 3 good players around Wade.I think this deal would accomplish half of that feat.

Either way I think both teams would be better off with this move. However the Heat probably would have more room to manuever while still having Haslem and Marion. The Bulls will have a bright future and be title condenders in 4-5 years. As of now though theres no telling how long they would take if they stand pat or get some useless player in exchange for Kirk Hinrich.Thoughts?

If the Heat did this I would probably not watch a single game next season.
