Okay there Gwynedd Adelaide Thomas....if that is indeed who you are....get off your high horse for starters. Am I and the other posters here that you so exponentially scolded for making fun of you (only because you are a professor at Auburn, if you weren't, no one would really give a second thought about you and write you off as just another confused freak that no one really cares about) supposed to cower from you or apologize?
Get real. There are people with your "disorder" and you are not alone. I may suggest that you get in touch with those people and stay off the SPORTS message boards....unless jocks are a guilty little pleasure you have. In that case, expect to be poked fun at and ridiculed a bit.....because the majority of people that post here and other SPORTS message boards don't understand nor do they care to understand. That doesn't make them terrible people, there's no law that says you can't poke fun at people, and many people do it because they don't understand the "disorder", or simply find it odd a filled with humor. I am one of those who could care less about your "disorder". To each their own. But when you start berrating people with a holier than thou attitude and rhetoric, you are no better than them.
What really irritates me is that you use "God" to soften the social blow of you "coming out" and living as a women. If you do subscribe to a Christian religion, then you understand that "God" doesn't make mistakes. You were born a man, and that's how "God" wanted you to live. Not that I subscribe to that, but you facade of religion that you use as a "kevlar vest" can be easily turned against just as I have done.
So please, if you are upset about people getting humor out of your situation remember this, you offend many more people by dragging "God" into this. You are no better than the people you have tried to scold here.
Another thing that irritates me is you refering to people who don't agree with your "chosen" life style as "Taliban Americans." That sickens me to no end. Sure, there are some closed minded rednecks that would love nothing more than to cause YOU harm.....but you will find that they are less than 1% of the poulation of AMERICA. But to use that term to describe people who are just poking fun and making lite of your "disorder" is ignorance at it's highest rate.
But I have figured you out. You are an attention monger. Most people with your "disorder" would just want to be left alone to life their life they way their mind will be at ease, and find a comfortable private and social order to their day to day exsistance. That article couldn't have been done without your consent. You ate every minute of it up. Then, for yet more attention, you come here to berrate people that have used you as a way to "attack" their rivals in college football. If you really think that " I don't need to have a 19, 20 or 21 year old carry a leather-coated air bladder across a chalk line while wearing my favorite color to make me feel like someone" then you wouldn't be on this site or any other hunting to see if anyone is talking about YOU. Attention monger, pure and simple.
So, go live your life, be who you want to be, but go away already. Honestly, 97% of the population could care less about you or your plight, the other 3% just want to make a dollar or two off of you.

And what have I done with my short life. Let's see, married the love of my life, brought 2 outstanding children into this world, and my focus is on giving them all the tools to survive in this turbulent world. While it may not equal wht you've done in YOUR eyes, I'm pretty satisfied with it.
