When the CWS began it looked like the ACC just might take home the title with (3) teams and the SEC a close second with (2) teams but as of today we are down to just four teams Georgia 2-0, North Carolina 2-1, Stanford 2-1 and Fresno State 2-0.

Georgia and Fresno State have been most impressive and still undefeated while North Carolina and Stanford have had to come back through the losers bracket by playing an extra game.

I will pick Georgia 2-0 to beat Stanford 2-1 and Fresno State 2-0 over North Carolina 2-1 setting up a meeting with Georgia vs. Fresno State where I pick Georgia to win the CWS.

Which teams do you pick to play in the CWS and which team comes out on top.

I have to agree with you on the Fresno St. pick. I was at the ASU/Fresno St series and have to tip my cap to the Bulldogs. They can really hit and have alot of heart.  My other pick is Stanford(maybe I am just a Pac-10 homer), but It would be cool to see the Bulldogs play the Bulldogs for the Title.

Yah, I have to admit that as a UM homer, I was hoping the Canes would get there.  But why should they be any different than the last nine #1 seeds, much less an ACC team that as a conference has won one since 1955!  That's Chicago Cubs like problems.

Oh, I digress.  A Bulldogs-Bulldawgs series is probably in the works, and will be very interesting!

Well now that we were right to pick a Georgia Bulldawg vs. a Fresno State Bulldog championship match up who comes out on top in my mind is a toss up but I'll take the Dawgs.
