With all the losses on defense and this nonsense going on, the Giants seemed doomed to one train wreck of a season. They will be lucky to match their '07 regular season record.
I fail to see what you are talking about. Yes Strahan retired which does sting, but Justin Tuck will be moved to DE and he's no slouch (10 sacks as a third DE last year). What other losses on defense? Kawika Mitchell was good not great and the same goes for Gibril Wilson. So what did we do? Signed Danny Clark for depth....draft arguably the best safety in the draft in Kenny Phillips who will be starting this year. Drafted two good LB's in Bryan Kehl and Johnathan Goff....Mathias Kiwanuka will be healthy this year....Signed Renaldo Wynn for depth on the DL. As much as it hurts to lose Strahan I fail to see why we will be a "train wreck."
And I'm just curious you might know being an Eagles fan....What is with DeSean Jackson being listed at 6'0" 178 lbs. YEA RIGHT! He's like 5'10 160 on a good day....
drafted...lol...yeah, good luck with that. In case you forgot, Ron Dayne was drafted 11th overall in 2000. I'm sure you would have him pegged as the best RB in the draft.
