Welcome to the board Panther fan. Folsom is definitely a tough place to play but will be really fierce once Hawkins has all the guys he needs. Elevation definitely plays a big part in this ranking I'm sure and the colder weather in winter although that hasnt been prevalent in the last few years. Go Buffs in 08
That kind of surprises me that the Buffs would be ranked that high considering the typical fan support, but I agree it probably is mostly due to the elevation and cold. Once Hawk gets his team rolling I expect Folsom to be one of the most fiercesome places in the country!
WOW this is a shock. But i guess you do deserve this. I mean you did beat OU the "best" team in the Big XII after having a 2-2 OOC record. Do you know where Nebraska is? We were 14th in the game in last year but i expect us to fall to barely in the top 25 after last year. Less than a month for that game to come out. Cant wait to see how the game predicts the big 12 to finish. Any thoughts?
You never know. Lincoln is still a hard place to go in and beat the Black Shirts...They may still be ranked fairly high. I am excited to see how thing turn out. Here are my thoughts.
NORTH
1. Colorado
2. Nebraska
3. Kansas
4. Mizzou
5. K-State
6. Iowa State
SOUTH
1. Got to go with OU still...
2. Texas
3. Texas A&M
4 Texas Tech. Although they have a great offense... Possibly 2 or 3
