Kelly Johnson has played exceptional defense since moving to second base. For being a 2 year player at the position, he is fine. I play second base, and let me tell you, that is by far the hardest catch to make for a second basemen. You have the first basemen and the right fielder coming at you, and you are moving to your left and backwards. He should have caught the ball and used two hands, but he didn't. I can bet Kelly will use two hands from now on.
In regards to the comment about Blaine Boyer, he didn't do that bad. In the walk he gave up to Jenkins, he was missing but missing by an eyelash and low. Missing lower is better then missing high and watching that ball land 20 rows up in right field.
