I feel like I didn't explain this enough (there's no edit after you post something here), so here goes my another (carefully revised), and final (I promise :)) attempt.

My view of Bulls perfect offseason - revised:

Hire Brian Shaw, Phil Jackson's assistant in LA as Bulls head coach, in my opinion he's the best option for the job, he learned from Phil, and had direct insight at his triangle offense.

Re-sign contracts with Ben Gordon, Andres Nocioni, Chris Duhon, Aaron Gray and JamesOn Curry at reasonable price (some of them will be sign and trade guys), and with Luol Deng at all costs.

Trade with Denver:
- Bulls get - C Marcus Camby, SG J.R. Smith
- Nuggets get - PG Chris Duhon, PF Tyrus Thomas, Bulls next years (2009.) 1st round pick, Bulls this years (2008.) 2nd round pick

Trade with Charlotte:
- Bulls get - Bobcats this years 9th pick
- Bobcats get - PG/SG Ben Gordon, SG Larry Hughes, PF
Cedric Simmons, Bulls next years (2009.) 2nd round pick

In 2008. NBA draft Bulls take:

- 1st pick - PG Derrick Rose, best PG in draft, scouts think he can be next CP3 or DW5, and I think he'll exceed their expectations :)
- 9th pick - PF Anthony Randolph, freakish athleticism for and 6'11" guy, and at 220lbs room to bulk up, I would compare him to young KG or Bosh

After that Bulls roster would look like this:

PG - Derrick Rose (6'3"), Kirk Hinrich
(6'3"), JamesOn Curry (6'3")
- Rose would be starter (30+ minutes a game), Hinrich would be his relief guy (20+ minutes a game), and he could also get some time at SG, Curry would get garbage time
SG - J.R. Smith
(6'6"), Thabo Sefolosha (6'7")
- nice mix of pure shooter - Smith (20+ minutes a game), and defensive stopper - Thabo (20+ minutes a game)
SF - Luol Deng (6'9"), Andres Nocioni (6'7")
- Deng would be a starter (30+ minutes a game), but Nocioni would get plenty of time on court, not only at SF, but also at SG position (20+ minutes a game)
PF - Anthony Randolph (6'11"), Drew Gooden (6'10")
- although Randolph would be a starter, both him and Gooden would get 20+ minutes a game
C - Marcus Camby
, Joakim Noah (6'11"), Aaron Gray (7'0")
- Camby would be the main guy on Bulls defense (30+ minutes a game), but Noah would get plenty of time on court not only at C, but also at PF (20+ minutes a game), Gray would get garbage time

That would make Bulls salary cap around $65M, and the team would be a nice mix of youth, talent and experience.

So please grade it:

That is nearly impossible but sounds awesome. All except for one thing. Keep our second round pick and get Bambale Osby because there is no way we could get 9th pick.

At first it seemed like a good idea, but then after i thought about it, who scores the points?

Luol Deng is decent, but nothing even close to great yet.

Joakim Noah and Marcus Camby are not scorers.

Anthony Randolph and Drew Gooden would add some points, but not a ton.  If one was the majority starter, then maybe.

Andres Nocioni will add a little, but not much if hes only a backup.

Kirk Hinrich and Thabo Sefolosha are not great scorers.  Derrick Rose isnt supposed to be a good shot, so not much scoring there.  J.R. Smith would be the new Ben Gordon or Larry Hughes.

Without a top scorer everyone else would be pushed to score. It would all balance out. Everyone would ass 10-12 points a game and we would come out on top.

Yeah, it would be selfless offense and defense, just like Detroit or Boston are doing now.

I could also compare it to New Orleans where they have leader, and leading scorer in one person - CP3, we would have Derrick Rose, and with good playmaker, someone would eventually emerge as post player (just as David West needed 3 years of play with CP3), and there are lots of good scorers (SG's) that could score their jump shots opportunities their PG would create with his drives, they wouldn't  need to do much on their own.
