Tennessean posted that Ron Dayne is coming for a visit and plans to take a physical. Whats everybody's opinion on it?

He's either looking for a free prostate exam or picking up an application at the concessions stand cause the Titans already have 3 great RBs. (Chris Johnson 2008 Rookie of the Year; LenDale White "The Bruiser" and Chris Henry being a great 3rd stringer)

surely to god we aren't gonna cut Chris Henry after one season?  I doubt it but other than a vacant roster spot, I couldn't imagine any reason we'd sign Ron Dayne

I honestly see it happening like this. They're brining in Ron Dayne to back up Lendale as a power back. Chris Henry is the backup speed back, Dayne is the backup power back. Simple =)

I hope the Titans don't waste the time on Dayne.  He's a bum.

We do not need Ron Dayne in our backfield.  He doesn't provide anything we don't already have except a big moderately fast water boy.  I can't imagine why the Titans would be bringing him except to compete and push the young guys.  Sounds like a waste of money to me though.

we dont need another power back. we need to sign alber haynesworth before we sign someone else. i would rather have albert get signed before we sign a top notch reciever

Dayne's not terrible.  I could see him fitting in with the Titans.  Obviously not as a starter but he's experienced and he spent last year with a divisional foe so maybe he can tell us some Texans plays!!
