Who do you guys expect to be on the Offensive line next year and which returning players will get cut? With two new rookies coming in we are out of room for all of these young guys.

On jsonline.com they stated that Allen Barbre is splitting reps with Daryl Colledge in ota's. I like the sound of that Allen Barbre was that fastest lineman to come out of the 2008 draft and he has a mean streak about him. I hope he improved enough to start at left guard. Anyway my starting five are Clifton, Tauscher, Wells, Spitz and Barbre.

A couple of guys that I think will flat out get cut are Tony Moll or Junius Coston and Orrin Thompson barring any injury to other players.

Any thoughts?

Hey packman, like the name, it sure is original huh?  Good post, but I see the same five coming out, Babre will push Colledge to play up to his potential and I see the same five out there.  I dont see Moll being cut but who knows, these two new guys via draft may push one or two of these vets out being Coston(injuries), Moll(inconsistencies), or Thopmson(because of my rhymes)!  All in all, the same five will begin the season, with changes throughout unfortunatley, but with better depth.

I think this is Colledge's and Spitz's year to show if they are going to be mainstays of the line or not.  I look for both to improve and have very good years.  Barbre is right there challenging them and competition is always good.  The Packers were so enamored with Coston's athletic ability that I don't think they will cut him ..... yet.  But he will have to show he is more than athletic promise.

Tauscher, Clifton, Wells, Spitz, Colledge, Barbre, Coston, Moll, 2 rookies, and Thompson. There are some undrafted guys as well. Couple of these guys have to go they won't keep more than 9. Guys like Moll and Coston are running out of time to take a step up. If any of these guys get released they would be picked up by another team and do not stand a chance at being on the practice squad.

i think moll and breno g are competing for the same roster spot...they are both converted tight ends with a lot of raw talent but not much actual experience at tackle...i have a feeling they will be comparing brenos upside to the upside they saw in moll last year and which ever one they feel has the higher ceiling will stick around....i think thompson is done and sutton will take his roster spot because sutton has much more flexibly on the line...they think he can line up and succeed at either guard spot or rt....i think the line will stay the way it was but college could definitely be running the risk of losing his ljob if either coston or especially barbre has a very good offseason showing....either way i see the line being very solid against the pass rush, opening holes for the zbs, but still maybe having a bit of a problem in short yardage situations
