Intentionally fouled in the last four minutes? That would be a new coaching tactic...maybe the last 2, whatever, I'm not the one talking conspiracies here.  Boston won the game, they deserved the win.  Refs did not give them the game, nor should it have been a blow out. Sheed was a no show, again.  Ultimately, the Pistons inability to establish an inside game cot them, as it should, and always will.  If you shoot high percentage shots, you win, if you brick up threes, you might win sometimes, but not consistently.

Well guys, had to go out to the bars to drink that one off. Hats off to beantown, you guys deserve it. You better do the Eastern Conference proud, not like Clevelands embarrassment last year. Please, please beat the Lakers. I can't take all this talk about how they are going to sweep. I know you don't look at it like this, but don't let the Pistons and their dumb@$$ play die in vain. As much as this loss hurts, rep the east, and do it well....

"Wallace made three trips to his locker—with reporters surrounding it— before finally saying something to the media without taking questions.

“That’s the end, man,” Wallace said."

buh...... bye.

Seriously, what do you guys think it will take for Detroit to realize they can't jack up a crap load of threes and think they will win without ever entering the paint.  The bi-polar attitude the Pistons have been accused of having by the media and fans alike needs to go away, and I don't think it will without a major shake up.  It might set us back for a couple years, but we should be looking at rebuilding now while we can still get some value for a couple of these guys(I am sure everyone knows which two).  I know some people will say, fairweather fan, but, this is what I see.  Mcdyess has already said he will likely retire after this year.  Sheed will never play in the paint like he should.  Chauncey's disappearing act, and role as leader in the "flip the switch"attitude.  Rip was the most consistent offensive player and still has quite a few years left in him.  I think Prince would do better with a larger role.  People talk about his disappearing act, but let's face it, it is tough when the offense is rotating around two three point shooters and rip.  Stuckey is the future, no doubt, so lets get him some help now.  Amir may evolve into a great PF.  I see Maxiell as a bench guy.  As someone earlier said, we need a legit center, so let's go after one.  Utilize the guys that still have value to get what we need or at least get some nice draft picks.

We can rebuild now and barely notice, or we can wait and be crap for years to come, but this team blew it's best chance at a championship.

Mckcrakin...

Seriously, what do you guys think it will take for Detroit to realize they can't jack up a crap load of threes and think they will win without ever entering the paint.

I believe it's going to take a coach that the players will respect and listen to.  They are NOT going to win another championship as a jump shooting team...

It might set us back for a couple years, but we should be looking at rebuilding now while we can still get some value for a couple of these guys(I am sure everyone knows which two).

Good thing is, I dont think it's going to be a complete "re-build".  I think we have some nice pieces that can step in right now.

I dont feel like getting into it right now because I just cant seem to figure out what I want them to do or get rid of, I just know that the coach has got to go and one of the starters (cant decide yet but I will soon).

Great series Detroit fans.  I will mirror what people have been saying in this thread; everyone has been respectful and entertaining at the same time.

Now the Celtics just need to take care of business against the Lakers!  It looks like people are already saying the Lakers are going to win in 5.  That's very familiar to what a lot of people were saying prior to the series with Detroit.  Well, it looks like the Celtics learned how to play on the road.....  What's the next reason the Celtics are going to lose in 5?!

My prediction in the Detroit series was Celtics in 6 and that came true.  My prediction is Celtics in 6 against LA.
