It was a legal play, you are not going to get a flagrant foul on a screen. IMO, there is no question that it was dirty and intentional, but it was 100% legal.
And for those that think there was no ill intent on the play, tell me the last time you saw a player set a screen by crossing his arms and lunging into another players back.
And as far as sending in a player off the bench to take out another SA player, if the Hornets were to do this, not only would that player be kicked out and suspended; but chances are Byron Scott would also be kicked off the team and suspended. Plus, why would you go after a player of small significance as Robert Horry? His playing time has been limited to garbage minutes and going in to hack the opposing teams worst FT shooter.
