How does everyone feel about trying to add Air Force to our beloved Colorado Buffaloes Non-conference schedule?  I really believe it behooves us to try to keep the money with in Colorado.  Not to mention it helps get the whole front range involved.  Play the games with Colorado St. and AF on back to back weekends and reduce the amount of early travel the Buffs have to take.

Not unless C.U. comes out and apologizes for the way their fans acted during the Vietnam war towards AF when they spit on them and verbally acosted them in The People's Republic. I hope AF never regresses and decides to play C.U. I root for C.U. but that was wrong.

It's not going to happen. We need to play two top 20 teams and of course we need an easy game as well.  Along with C.S.U. thats the 4 non-conference games. I don't think the Buffs would benefit at all on the national radar with two in-state games. I like the Buffs playing two teams that are good. Gets them in shape for the rugged BIG 12.

Not to argue, but playing 2 in-state rivals a year doesn't seem to hurt Ohio St. or Michigan each year.

Very true, but CU does not have the national presence of those two schools, who don't really need any extra exposure.  Still, I am not opposed to playing AF.

sounds interesting. . . It's not like Air Force is a cupcake by any means that would hurt our SOS.  I'd like to see the Buffs play them.
