LT is a better RB that Walter Payton. His production pace proves this, his all time NFL records prove this. Statistics prove this to be fact. But you are entitled to your opinion and fan loyalty. I actually didn't respect LT before he stood up after that game. When I saw what Hobbs did, live, I had a sinking feeling in my stomach, and felt sick. Check the profile, until I discovered I had been rooting for cheaters I fought with everyone that said the Pats were not a dynasty. Now I know it was illusion, but never have I bad mouth a player that has heart, and love for the game.

LT was directly involved in the games in which the Patriots cheated. He has as much right as anyone as at least once their cheating influenced the outcome of a playoff game where they most certainly didn't stop him. His best playoff performance ever actually.

Ok - one thing I HAVE to argue with here.  LaDainian Tomlinson is a GREAT running back.  If Sweetness had the same kind of injury and was benched by his coaches in a game, he would sit too. I love Payton - but don't dare try to make him more powerful than he was... when he was hurt - he sat out. He just wasn't so badly hurt at the critical times of the years to make it pay. That DID happen to Tomlinson, Rivers, and Gates.

Yeah - lets see anyone play and get on the field when the coaches said sitdown - oh yeah.  That would be classy and intelligent.  12 men in the huddle! 

I like the way you signed your post - "Idiot".  You are pretty accurate there - though most people are afraid to admit it.  I have to give you that credit - you did - and on a board with a horrible post. Bravo.

Tomlinson is entitled to his opinion like everyone else.  He doesn't like the Patriots organization and with that type of cheating going on, why should anyone? They knowlingly broke a rule, lied about it, and were using the data in a way that no one else thought of for a competitive advantage.  On the one hand, I admire that much determination to win. On the other hand, there are many more ways that produce results that are legal to pursue. It is possible that this work and effort was reaping benefits enough to warrant putting it on the same level as steroids, but for an entire team. It has called into question every success they made in the last 8 years - which is a damn shame.

Personally - I don't blame Tomlinson.  You have players dancing up and down on your symbol after a victory - it makes you angry.  Just like T.O. putting the ball on the Dallas Star (as a 49er). It does show lack of class and bully like behavior.  How many professional athletes do you know that rub it in when they win?  Or is it OK to do that in your world?  Woe betide your children when you beat them 1 on 1 in basketball - you will be hounding that poor 5 year old for life "You can't beat me!  You suck! You SUCKKK!!! I KICKED YOUR BUTT!!!"

Lay off the guy - or don't.
