	You only have to be #2 to make it to the title game. Plus preason rankings mean diddly squat as they are just a beauty contest. Winners are determined on the field as UGA doest not need to fret about their ranking in fact it puts less pressure on us being ranked 2nd. There really isn't much disparity between the top 5 teams as any of them could be ranked number 1 (Ohio State, USC, UGA, Florida, Oklahoma).

	I completely agree with Ron Mexico- Preseason rankings dont mean anything. Take a look at the preseason top 5 from last year? Some teams will get knocked off by bad teams, some teams wont live up to their hype. It is a marathon not a sprint, who starts first doesnt mean anything. P.S. The media and coaches will NEVER vote Ohio State #1 for the preseason. I think they will be 3rd behind USC and UGA. I expect the Sept 13th match-up will be #2 vs #3

	Who cares if we're #1? You just don't want to get to far back or its impossible to make the championship game. If we win our games the rankings will take care of themselves.

	I'm not a UGA fan, but a Hawaii fan......and to think UGA is anything less than #1 is a shame....they were a top 3 team last year and lost virtually no one. This team has a very tough schedule, and will be #1 as soon as USC knocks Ohio State off their high horse.

	OSU was #7 last year before teams started losing..right now it does not matter..you are acting like UGA is going to barely crack the top 10..they are a top 3 and i believe they should be #1 in the preseason..this is coming from a buckeye fan..until we beat those punks down south(i mean that in the kindest way possible) we do not deserve to be #1..

	UGA fans shouldn't care... It's no secret that in a championship game against the ohio state university, they would kick that @ss! But to move them to number 2 in the poll because there schedule is so difficult is the stupidest thing I have ever heard especially since they haven't played a game yet! Proof is in the pudding (Big Ten)... After OSU walks off with the big ten title and a spot in the BCS Championship Game they will have played nobody like Georgia... No offense intended to USC. (USC 45 OSU 20) Speed Kills! Dodd, get a new gig... When you start penalizing teams for playing a tough schedule before they have lost a game you have lost your mind!
