Am I to understand that TBS can't pick up another broadcast. So because the Tigers were rained out and it started raining before I got up and the radar showed rain all the way to Chicago and it is still raining at 11:00 at night. Anyone with a computer would have been able see this game wasn't going to happen. Hope they replay this  game or the the guy that bought my tickets for this game is really going to be pissed. I  would have liked to see the Angels/Rays game picked IMO.

I am sure it has all to do with television contracts and not having announcers ready in this situation! I am sure that you would have liked to see the Angels/Rays can, that would have been a sweet match-up!

I guess TBS can only deal with the game they have scheduled. So any rain delays or rain outs and they have no options, even though every Sunday game except the Sunday night game and an an ocasional Ranger game will be running at the same time and they can't cut in and pick up that telecast. Whomever negotiated that contract should be fired.
