I hated clicking on links only to be given the first two lines of each story. So I broke down and became a "premium member" today.

My first nugget of information to share? 6'3" guard Xavier Thames of Elk Grove, CA., whom UNLV has been looking at closely, is currently favoring Washington State as his college destination for 2009-10.

Apparently his dad played ball there for a season back in the day. A decision, according to Rivals, is expected some time in June.

I need to do the same thing, I hate only being able to read 3-4 sentences. How much did it set you back?

It'll run me a little less than $10 a month. I need to know everything though, so it's well worth it.

At least I hope it is. I don't want a bunch of crapola I already know.

I have a membership with scout, they used to be good but not so much anymore. I actually follow c-hoop and the rest of you rebel fans, you seem to have more knowledge then the jokers from some of these sites. Do they warn you against posting premium info on other sites, they don't want cheap jerks like me getting info and not paying. Thanks to all you guys for keeping us informed, it is much appreciated.

I share with friends from other sites, news stories, personal contacts and the biggest help is a Rebel Booster. I have belonged to other sites, but have usually only gotten rumors and info that was public knowledge by the next day. I've actually dug up information before it appears on some of these sites.

However, Rivals is probably the best one out there right now. There's a lot of people that seem to be close to the program and players. I've only cut&paste stuff  from Tarkanian Court on rivals, which is a public board.

I have accounts with rivals and scout as well but I still haven't given into paying the monthly for the "premium" subscription. I have gotten information that is supposed to be "only on the premium boards" but they seem to be not much better than the info that is already out there. Rivals by far is better than scout but I like the people on this board better than rivals, and  also the activity here.

My plan is to not budge on the premie subscription but hell one day i might just  break down, but I refuse at this point.

The other thing I don't like is reading premium members bitch and complain about the "no posting confidential stuff" crap. Who gives a S***. If they were really "insiders" they wouldn't be posting stuff on the board that is supposed to be confidential because they don't know everyone on the board. Keeping shush is just a way to justify paying the 10 bucks a month. I respect it, but i think it's dumb.......

Just my two cents.

I hate clicking on links and only getting two lines, but I'm still to cheap to buy anything.  So I will have to rely on you and C-hoop for all the goods. Thanks

Here is what I can offer my fellow Rebel fans. Copy and paste this micro font into your next post and check out the score of your post.
