How about the Milwaukee Brewers for the best young talent debate. Not only right now in the bigs, but they are ripping it up in the minors. AA Huntsville is in first place, and they are 17-3 at home. That is crazy. Good young pitching there too for us. Also, in the bigs, we have so many players that are 25 or younger, and start. Fielder is only 24 as well as Braun. Hart, Weeks, Hardy, Gwynn Jr, are all 25 as well. Look out for the crew in the future.

<td> from Japan last year he's not a product of the Yankees farm system he just happens to be there right now. Darrell Rasner is 1-0 this season in his only major league start. "
I wouldn't be getting all excited about Rasner's ONE game. And that was against the 13th best offense in the American League in a game where he got 8 runs of support.
BTW, I hope by "only major league start" you meant his only one THIS YEAR. Because he has had 11 total major league starts for both the Yanks AND Washingtonrasner pitch for the yankees last year he pitched in a couple of games till he got hurt he pitched well last year he is pitching good this year he throws strikes I think he may stay in the rotation this year he had under a 1 era in the minors this year </td>

The Yankee haters will never learn will they- Keep on shoveling that dirt on the premature Yankee grave. As for the statement about Rasner beating the 13th best offense- who gives a rats ass, it is still major leaguers.
Wish Leyland would give those pep talks to the kittens before they played Boston rather than the Yankees. The Yankees have had everything possible go wrong and are only 4 and half out. Kick em while their down boys!!
why not.....................I'll throw out a vote for the Dodgers farm system.............with guys like Meloan, Kershaw, LaRoche, Elbert, Young.................as well as Kemp, Abreu, Hu, Loney, and Billingsley...........................just a homer pick, but oh well.
WOW, impressive track record, 3 players seperated by 15 years...way to hype up a super system....
I only mentioned 3 pitchers that are on the current roster you retard. How many great pitching prospects did the Yankees trade away? If you do some research you will see the number is staggering.
1 prospect of significance in the last decade is not that impressive, okay, I'll give you 2...Cano.....
Also, Kei Igawa is a product of the Yankees system. The same people scouting MiLB, college and HS players are the ones making evaluations on international talent.....dimwit....
That doesn't make him a product of the farm system you retard. Dice-K is not a product of the Sox farm system either. Anytime you pay $51 million plus for the rights to negotiate with a proven starter who did not work his way up the American minor league ranks I think it's safe to say they are not a "product" of the farm system.
I wouldn't be getting all excited about Rasner's ONE game. And that was against the 13th best offense in the American League in a game where he got 8 runs of support.
Who's getting excited? All I'm saying is that there is some quality pitching in the Yankees farm system. Also, regardless of the run support he only allowed 2 earned runs over 5+ innings. It's not like the Yankees won the game 8-7 it was 8-2. He is now 2-0 and has looked impressive in both of his starts this season.
BTW, I hope by "only major league start" you meant his only one THIS YEAR. Because he has had 11 total major league starts for both the Yanks AND Washington.
That is what I meant, read my post moron it says "Darrell Rasner is 1-0 this season in his only major league start." I am fully aware that he has pitched for the Yankees previous to this season. BTW nice avatar, do you and your buddies stare at it when you have a circle jerk during Red Sox games? Lol!
The Bucs laid down in the payoffs last year. The Braves lay down in the playoffs every year and the Nets will be lucky to make the payoffs next year. Zip it and move on to another thread.
