This is his first head coaching job and he is taking a team re-building. I say we give him a hand just in case he happens to stop by our glorious message board...
Post your Miami Dolphins starting line-up. I am interested in seeing some of the variations you guys come up with!

Overall I think you have a good chart, but with a few changes.
I believe Parmele has been placed as the 3rd RB by Ireland already, or at least will have it by the time the season starts.
For FB, I think unless Mauia is cleared and proves he is the guy, he will be off the team. Even last year, when given the ball he seemed a bit sluggish and didn't grab those extra yards expected from a FB let alone someone called the Juggernaut. Instead Grisby and Hilliard will compete for FB.
For WR, Wilford and Ginn I think are secure on the outside. As for the other spots, it should be a competition, I expect Tab Perry, and at least one of the undrafted rookies making the final roster. Unless Hagan shows something, he could likely be off the team.
For ILB, I think Torbor gets the start, despite not starting.
For RCB I think Lehan will get the nod of Jones.

Greta post. I agree for the most part but here is what I would change.
Start Mormino at LG until Murphy is better prepared to take over. That will leave Smiley at RG where he has been playing.
I like Beck but it will be whatever QB looks better in pre-season.
Parmale instead of Cobbs (I am not a big fan and don't know if he will even make the cut)
I like Mauia but if he gets in more trouble we could see Grigsby or, hopefully, Hilliard will work out.
I agree with WRs. Hagan needs to catch more balls if he wants to see the field. Maybe we will see one of our UFA rookies take the field (Bess would make a nice #4)
I agree that Fasano should start but I heard an interview with Martin and he seems to have a positive outlook on the new staff. They may make a player out of him yet but I wouldn't mind dropping that salary.
Roth may start instead of Merling unless he fully recovers soon. I heard he looked slow and was noticibly limping at camp.
The secondary is going to be the key to this defense, not because there are any playmakers but just the opposite. I can't argue with what you have but that could easily change once we see more.
All of my changes aside, the lineup you have will still win us a lot more games than last year.

I like mosty of it, My opinion is that we need a stronger receivers, it sadens me to think that Greg Camirillio (sp?) could be our third reciever.
I hope that Bess or one of the other WRs we picked up pan out to be good. I would prefer:
WR#1 : A diamond in the rough from our FA signings
WR#2: Ginn Jr
WR#3: Wilford big slot possession receiver

Maybe Tab Perry will pick up his game. He really didn't get a shot in Cincy and I bet they regret letting him go now.

-I like Smiley being on Jake Long's side so that he can really help shore up the rookie. I don't like the idea of Murphy or Mormino next to Long so soon. Vernon Carey is going to be solid on the right side from the get-go and I think a guy like Mormino or Murphy will be better served next to him.
-Ayodele has more experience in the 3-4 than Torbor so I give him the definite edge on that one.
-Matt Roth getting the could be conceivable to me, but I think Merling will be start by at least week 6 barring re-injury.

I agree with everything except I would replace Nate Jones with Lehan. also, Mccown over Beck for sure. other than that, barring any injuries, that will be the strating lineup.
