dc, if the Lakers aren't playing their best the rest of the NBA is in trouble, including the Hornets.  Most all the starters in double figures in just the first half,  with 63 points in 24 minutes.

Horns, the Jazz is a slow footed team, at least compared to the Lakers, they have to constantly reach in and foul. The other thing because of the lakers passing, they find themselves late trying to defend and have no choice then to foul.

If the Lakers win this one and one in Utah, you will start hearing Chick from up above with:

"This game's in the refrigerator: the door is closed, the lights are out, the eggs are cooling, the butter's getting hard, and the Jell-O's jigglin'!"

deeds, I didn't know Utah had a D.  I know last game they got more physical with the Lakers with about 7 minutes to go in the third, cut the double digit lead to one or two.

Don't know the Lakers would face another D team until the finals....Detroit, Cleveland?

How about a Boston/Laker final?  They were on the cover of my SI earlier in April.  I think the sports media would have a field day.  But then again, a Laker/Piston final might be good, too.  LA has Gasol, Detroit doesn't have Ben Wallace which is why they beat LA last time.

So can we actually blow them out in the second half or will we allow them to make a game of this like the last time. I really hope not I would like to see us score 110+ and win by at least 15-20!!!!

The question is are we going to allow the Jazz to make a game of this like in game one or can we keep blowing them out. I would like to see us score 110+ and win by at least 15-20!!!!

Deeds, I'm with you, I root for Dallas to win by 3 TD's and the Lakers to win by 15+.  I'm too much of a homer, I guess.  Nice towel!!!  Sorry, didn't mean to look.

I hope they do blow them out, but it seems like the Jazz might just hang in there
