I think the only thing between these 2 at the moment is confidence, Chelsea have bags of it and Man U are shaky at best.
Chelsea have come from 7pts behind the leaders in the league, almost all season, to level at the end, that has put a lot of pressure on United, that was quite evident at the Bridge a few weeks back, Chelsea also ended the Semi final hoo doo giving the team a ton of belief that they can achieve anything and still do the double (although the league is out of our hands).
Man U have been indifferent of late, a draw at Blackburn, defeat to Chelsea and 2 rubbish performances against Barca, even though a Chelsea/ Liverpool backs to the wall approach put them through, a thin display of superiority over a holidaying West Ham can't hide the fact the season is telling on them.
Maybe I'm too biased and looking for a weakness but thats how I see it...
1 goal in it, 1-0 or 2-1, FA Cup final last year or Premiership last week...
Chelsea to finish the season with 1 trophy, the biggest in club football...

Chelsea in a tight one, taking the European Cup in exchange for the Premiership. If Steve Bruce sends out a team to take points off Man U then I'm a Dutchman.....

I am a little biased as a Man Utd. fan, but Im seeing United take both titles from Chelsea. I think the last meeting between the two teams was a wake up call to United to say hey, Chelsea is here and if you don't shape up and pull it together you are going to get embarassed. In all honesty i think that it will be a really close game with the stars of both teams rising to the occasion, with C. Ronaldo being the difference. He is just too good to be stopped right now. He is pretty much scoring at will and when Rooney comes back the tandem of offense with Teves, Ronaldo and Rooney is going to be hard to stop. I do give credit to Chelsea though, with Drogba and Ballack, but i think if Vidic and Ferdinand are healthy then Chelsea is going to have a little bit stiffer of a challenge than last game. In the end United 2-1.

What do you think this is? AC Milan against Liverpool?? Once in a decade is enough for a comeback like that.
I kopped out, like most people probably have done and will, and picked Chelsea to scrape it. I can see that happening, or one other scenario, which is this:
Manchester United being on absolute top form and demolishing a Chelsea side in far deeper than they ever have been, or ever truthfully expected to be. United have it in them to tear teams (and good ones at that) apart, as demonstrated by Roma last season, and Arsenal in the FA Cup earlier this, and I can genuinely see this happening over in Moscow.
Like I said though, I kopped out in the voting and went for a Chelsea narrow win, which is maybe more realistic.

Like i said, i think that Manchester is playing at a really high level right now. Their offense is just devestating people, granted they just beat West Ham who isn't that good, but that was playing a man down and yet they still dominated. I just feel that United is too good to be stopped at this time. I don't see them trippinig up against Chelsea at this stage.

Except red Rom...
The guy owns Russia, do you really think the Man U players will escape Moscow with their knees intact if they win?
The KGB know it, the Russian mafia know it...
Fergie know's it...

I think the only thing between these 2 at the moment is confidenceWe can't really decide who has the higher levels of confidence until after the outcome of the title race. Whoever wins the title will have higher levels of confidence and will probable win the double.

On the confidence issue, i'm not too sure either on the team side of things, but i will say that IMO Cristiano Ronaldo is playing with a confidence level that is off the charts. Right now he is basically scoring at will, and like i have said many times, he will be the difference for Manchester United in both races.

Whats up fellas. As most of you, i am biased to chelsea. However there is no denying the Red Devils have been great this year.
CR7 has been a difference maker for sure, thats why he's the footballer of the year ( his new g/f is hot too.. but thats another story). Hopefully she will drain him of his powers before the match!
As a chelsea fan, i love how we have hung in there the whole year to even have a chance at the EPL title.
As for the CL, much props must go out to AG. Of course everyone loves JM, even enemies, however move on we must.
If chelsea wins, people will say its with Jose's players, if we lose, they will say its all Grants fault. I say let the guy do his job.

JWheel, I disagree with this, as with the FA cup last year, Man U won the title Chelsea won the cup and I think the same this year.
I don't think either club will let the other take both and as much as I'd love to believe we have a chance with the title, we don't (fingers crossed, go Wigan). So I'm going with Chels to win the Champions league.
If Chelsea win the league, Man U will be pissed and out for blood, just that alone should give them the win.
If either club gets the double, it'll be an amazing achievement...
And hats off to them, even Grant...

rockr...i don't know about your score. I don't see Man U's offense being shut out for the second time in a row by Chelsea. Granted, Chelsea's d is pretty solid, but i think a stellar win over Wigan will help get Man U's confidence back up to the level that it needs to be at.
I'm picking Man U 3-2 with goals by Ronaldo (2) and Rooney for United and Ballack and Drogba for the Blues
