What did Corey Patterson do wrong today?

Sorry kids, I was out late drinking singapore slings with mezcal on the side last night so I just woke up and am on PST time...

Anyway....looks like our boy is 0-3, I don't see any errors in the box score but maybe someone will enlighten me if he did something stupid, besides going 0-3 which is pretty much standard for the bag of doosh known as Corey Patterson.

Batting average now stands at a robust, and I do mean robust,  .194.

I think some major roster moves are going to happen within the next week or two.  I think everybody wants to see Bruce up in the Majors and if griffey is traded like I think he is going to be, we are also going to move Paterson.  I hope we hold on to Dunn until at least July. 

I guarantee you right now Walt is trying everything he can do to move Paterson via trade so we don't cut him and have to pay his 3 million dollar salary.  But if Griffey gets traded you can almost count on Paterson being cut.  It will be Hopper and Freel in CF and I pray they call up Bruce and put him in RF. 

patterson did one stupid thing...put on his uniform.   hasn't had many opportunities in CF.  has looked stupid at the plate, which is the norm as he enters his 8th year of his slump that dusty is hoping he shakes out of.
