	I was stunned he didn't make it last year. The defense should be improved this year, which will help him get voted in.

	I'm not just being a homer in saying I truly feel that 2008 will be a special year in Lions history. Ernie Sims, Roy Williams, Calvin Johnson, John Kitna, Jeff Backus, and Cory Redding should all have the goal of Pro Bowl in mind this year. There is no reason all those guys can't be perennial PB players in Detroit.

	NO. imho this defense is just too horrible. Unlike baseball you dont have to send a player from every team, and a defense this bad dont warrent accolades. Registering more sacks , ints or big plays is the only thing i care about. Wait...What?.. backus a perennial allstar?! lmao

	At first I thought Sims was snubbed last year, the stats were great but when you play on the worst defense in the NFL you don't deserve to be in the probowl. With that said Sims will be a DPOY candidate this upcoming season and the Lion's defense will be much improved. There may be 3-5 probowlers for the Lions this year.
