	The Cubs are, year after year, a failure at trying to BUY a pennant.The Brew Crew built this team through the draft,with a bunch of hungry kids enjoying the game.The Cubs payroll is 50 mil more than the Brewers and still The Old Style swilling Fan's at Wrigley watch the Brew Crew win another Series.

	kmaster, in case you missed it, the Cubs still lead the division. Get a clue and start trash talking when and IF your beloved crew pass the Cubs in the standings. Until then, stay on the Brew pages and think of excuses as to why your team will finish the season in 3rd or 4th place. It's May, I'm not worried about the Brewers in the least!!

	Just because the Cubs have a higher payroll doesn't mean that they bought their players, they just have more money that they can pay their players. There is no stud that the Cubs have purchased from some other team like the Yankees do. They got Derek Lee and Aramis Ramirez before they hit their prime and all their good pitchers have came up in the system.
