	The commitment of "Big Poppa" Loston shows again what a great recruiter Clemson has in Billy Napier. Who knows if this commitment will stick or not, but it's encouraging to see the success that the Tigers are having in recruiting. I've watched video of Loston and he is the real deal. Welcome to Clemson, Big Poppa!!!

	It has been like 15 to 20 years since we have been able to have kids of this talent level, that far away, even look at us much less commit. I know it will be tough to keep him but it shows that our recruiting is definitely in the right hands with Napier.

	He did state that he does not plan to take any visits to any other school. Another very encouraging thing is that he plans to be an early enrollment. That eliminates the switching of the hats at the podium on signing day. He wants to come in and start from day 1 which he will definitely be able to do at Clemson. Welcome Craig!

	I was also impressed that he said he was as proud of his 3.5gpr as he was of his football talent. He says he wants to go somewhere he can study pre-medical sciences. Also, he is good friends with Daquan. Clemson got onto his radar on the MNF game vs FSU. I know that we have been getting better at recruiting. It is one thing to get these 5 stars from SC (Sapp, Bowers, Currie, Korn), but going outside of the region to pick up players like Spiller, JHarper, and now Loston.

	Im just glad we are going after this kind of player. You cant sign great players if you dont go after them. In the past I think Bowden may have been reluctant to recruit a lot of four and five star kids because if you dont get them you could be scrambling to fill their slots very late in the recruiting process. Just look at what has happened to our baseball team.
