We all know how Lou Piniella likes to tinker with things; but I think there comes a point where a person can over-manage. Playing with his pitching rotation, like he did last night, makes no sense to me. What are you telling the other person in the rotation? --that you don't have what it takes? Now "Mr. Second-Best" has to take the mound tonight, knowing full-well that his manager does not have alot of confidence in him. There are some things that you just don't mess with, and I think this is one of them.
