I like our chances to win a lot more than the Big East. The BE champ is going to have 3-4 losses minimum. The schedule those late Saturday big games followed by Monday night road games(Seton Hall last year) that guarantee a couple of losses for everybody. UL is deep, experienced, talented and you know Pitino's history. He wants that record of national champs at 2 different schools for validation. His stints in the NBA will keep him from challenging Knight for most wins, today's parity will keep overall winning percentage below TARK the SHARK"S, so his legacy will be championships and final fours at most schools. If the BE were a 12 team league, they would have the best RPI in NCAA. Marquete should be down this year as will Georgetown, but Cincy and West Virginia are on the way up again. Pitt, UConn, Villanova, ND,etc will be tough. 18 game schedule also makes it hard to escape 3-4 losses. I think that will keep us in the 10-15 ranking regular season, but watch out come tourney time.
