Nadal, as this tournament is in his backyard. But mostly because his confidence has to be off the charts after the way he came back on Federer.

Nadal will play Potito Starace tomorrow (4-30-08) in the Barcelona Tournament.

This is a second round match.

My prediction is that Nadal wins in two sets.

Nadal defeated Lopez 6-4, 6-3 and will play Chela in a quarterfinal match Friday,(5-02-08.)

Rafael Nadal defeated Lopez , today, 6-4, 6-2 .  Nadal will play the Geman Gremelmayr, who defeated James Blake in the Second round, in the first of two semifinal matches tomorrow, Saturday, May 03, 2008. 

The second semifinal is Ferrer vs. Wawrinka, who defeated Nalbandian.

I pick Nadal and Ferrer as the winners of the two semifinals tomorrow.

Rafael Nadal won his fourth straight Barcelona Open title with a 6-1, 4-6, 6-1 victory over David Ferrer in Sunday's final. (5/04/08)

Nadal next plays in Rome, starting Monday. (5/05/08)  Nadal is the second seed with Roger Federer the number one seed, in the Rome tournament.
