Very disappointing as a UK fan. I thought Raffy and Eric Scott might not be drafted but I am shocked and puzzled about the weekend for Woodson and Woodyard. Going into the draft all I heard was that woodson was a 2nd or 3rd rd pick and look where he fell to.

However, I am most disappointed that the heart and soul of UK's D, Wesley Woodyard went undrafted. I thought worse case scenario was the 4th or 5th round and maybe being asked to move to safety.

What do you all think?

I don't think the draft was disappointing at all.  Think about it this way: Tim Couch went super early with much hype and was dropped into a very difficult starting role on a really, really bad team.  That scenario pretty much ruined his NFL career...there are very few NFL QB's who actually succeed in that type of situation.  I'm thrilled to see him in a comfortable situation where he can sit and learn under Eli, and probably move ahead of J-Lo for second string QB.  He could get a shot in the event of an injury, or get traded once he's adjusted to the NFL.

Other high notes for me were to see Tamme go to Indy...they LOVE the athletic, mobile receiving tight ends and he'll do really well in their system.  Also to see Burton get drafted by a team with a vertical offense was pretty sweet.  Not to mention a team with future hall of fame WR's that are nearing the end of their careers....what better environment for KB to learn in ???

I agree it was sad not to see Wesley on the board, but he'll find a spot over time.

Think about it - how often do we have more than one or two players with actual NFL potential to even make following the draft worth talking about?

I'm proud of our guys, and look forward to watching them in pre-season.

Little and Scott both signed with the Titans.  Titans need offensive weapons, so Little has a decent shot.  Only three guys in SEC history has 2,500 rushing yards and 1,000 receiving, and LIttle is one of them.  Not counting his return ability in special teams.  Teams had to be scared of his injury history to not draft him.

I was shocked Woodyard wasn't drafted either.  A 2-time first team SEC player not getting drafted?  Crazy.  I don't care what the combine grades were, he was a playmaker.  Denver signed him after the draft.

My dissappointment stems from Andre's drop in the draft and also Woodyard not even being drafted. Thats all. I was very happy with everything else. I am excited that Jacob went to the Colts because I live in Indiana and can go see him play from time to time. I think it's the Woodyard situation that irks me most of all.
