What a win, you go from Jason Bartlett making a great backhand play, throwing to Aki and Aki makes a great turn to get a very fast Lugo at first, then you have Scott Dohman come in to face David Ortiz (probably the best clutch hitter in baseball) to ground into a 3-6-1 DP with a runner on 3rd to end the 11th and then you have Nathan Haynes hit a single to win the game, I was upset when he did not bunt but then I saw how far in Youklis and the 3rd baseman was and Maddon ended up making the right choice.

Probably the most thrilling Rays game I have saw, maybe because they are actually contending now, what a win!!!

I can't agree with you more. The best part though was when they showed the clip of all the Red Sox fans leaving th stadium pouting. I hate the Red Sox so much!

All I can say about that game is WOW!  It really had everything.  Pitchers blowing up early, but pulling it together, amazing DPs, clutch hits from top to bottom, and oh course the amazing bullpen!

There is no better win at the Trop than a win against the RedSox. Absolutely beautiful!

Beating the Yanks is nice too, but Sox is nicer considering the Yanks are behind us in the standings!  Here is to Edwin Jackson starting another hot streak tomorrow!

what a game....crawford and upton made 2 great diving catches and bartlett made 2 gems at short....the bullpen was fantastic again and garza settled down after a bad second inning to pitch five innings.....needless to say this was a game we would have lost last season....with all the injuries we have suffered thus far to be 12-11 at this point shows a gret deal of improvement....i love seeing Red Sox fan heading home in an unpleasant mood....awwwwww big slumpy couldnt save them in the 11th tonight....too bad.

That was just a wicked game.  You could just feel that the Rays were going to pull it out when they kept getting the big out of Ortiz or Manny, or when they got the Sox to hit into an inning-ending DP.  Just part of what was a great series for the Rays.
