They should be considered D2...at best. Tournament next year, are you kidding me? Michigan is a joke and an embarrassment to Division 1 basketball.

Now I know they had a bad year this year under a new coach, losing 4 out of 5 starters, which meant all of their scoring rebounding and leadership gone. I believe though that the past three years they won at least 18 games and barely missed the ncaa tournament. I think they had a 20 / 11 record one year and won the nit tournament. I dont think those are things d2 schools do. how about you?

That's a really stupid post..... Michigan will be fine and I hope they play Notre Dame sometime soon. Michigan had a bad year and hasn't had a good coach since Steve Fisher left. Now they have a good system with players who are learning on the fly. Just wait and see how this program will be back sooner then people think.

I am a Syracuse basketball fan and you shouldn't be hoping Michigan plays any big time school because they are horrible. UND and Syracuse would beat this Michigan team easily.

As for being back alot sooner than people think...that is the dumbest statement of all time. When was the last time this team made the tournament?? They went 10-22 last season. What makes you think they are ready to turn it around??? Zach Novak?

Michigan basketball is a joke, D2 at best.
