I hope the Pitt program doesn't get destroyed by that idiot Pederson like Nebraska's was. Some advice for the Pitt fans- if Pederson starts creating a bunch of stupid ideas hold on your program about to be destroyed, so fight back don't let him do it.

Some people fit in better at some places, Pederson started at PITT and did a great job building PITT basketball program up and the same with the football program. But he did have a problem with working with people, some people only like to tell people what to do and not listen. Leading IMO is a two way street you have to know when to lead and when to follow (listen). Pederson will workout better this time around with listening.
