Backstrom can't handle playoff hockey.

You my friend are a dope. Blame Gaborik, blame Risebourogh, blame LeMaire, blame our goons. You cannot blame Backstrom. He played good all series. Hello... score some goal.

I personally blame Theodore. He played awesome. He is the MVP.

The Wild should have been more serious about getting Forsburg.  He draws alot of attention and makes plays.  It would allow others to free wheel a bit.

Vikes should look QB in second round, maybe SCal kid.  T-jack needs to move up the learning curve fast to make offense go.  It is one thing to have a receiver that can catch a long ball, but need to also make good decisions.

Back to hockey...

Niklas Backstrom did an excellent job this series - it was the offense that killed us, and the system they play. I don't think it's a coincidence that Gaborik started getting more shots on goal when Lemaire was forced to go away from their usual style of play. As a result, they were getting more chances, and on the other end, Colorado didn't get many goals. Think if we would have healthy defensemen and a pairing that didn't include Kim Johnsson and Martin Skoula. Wanna guess what my first off-season move would be?

Cant blame Back on it, its a TEAM lost, Theodore was GREAT, i think they shot high on him to much and he cought it no rebounds, should of shot lower for rebounds like AV did to use, they just played a lil better. Still LOVE our Wild!!!
