New Senior Rules

I slumped back last night in my 9 hole league.  I had a very poor 41 with a triple on a water hole.  I have to work on my slice.  It goes so far right, it ends up left!!

My putting let me down from hole 1.  I hit to about 6 feet and promptly pulled it.  I definately have to spend a little time on the putting green or I may be back to fishing soon.

Hit'em long and staight, putt 'em true!!!

No golfers over the holiday?  I shot 88 Friday at the U of M course.  Horrible day around the greens.  The putting wasn't so bad, but the chipping looked like I picked up a club for the first time that morning...

Congratulations on your moment..  !!!  79  -  NICE ROUND..and the summer has just begun.  Good to see a changed grip has afforded you the comfort and control. [ did you make a deal with the devil ].  I don't know why you think mentioning a 79 is such a big deal ....  WHY I have a 79 everytime I go out...... its just that I have extra course left afterwards.   

As for your small cluster of errant shots in your bag,   My bag has a full compliment of ERRANT shots   . .  .  .  AND I plan to use every one of them.   In fact, I may even go out and buy a new supply cause they're sooooo much more fun than the regular ones.   Hell...anyone can be boring and hit shots to the short grass..... the *real* fun begins when you enter the taller stuff and don your snorkel and swim fins for the sandy beaches.  Keep up the good work and enjoy every moment.... all my 79's are enjoyable... and my 85's,  and my 90's.
