What I think is that CBS is dipping their toes in the pool.
They don't want to commit serious airtime and promotion because Cascade might pull ads from Guiding Light when the soccer moms find out CBS is showing street fights on TV. This way, CBS can gracefully back away and have a very legitimate viewpoint that they tried it and it didn't work.
However, if there are no such pickets and angry letters, I'd bank on the cards and airtime seriously expanding.
