I heard on the radio this morning that the floor is elevated about 5 feet offf the groung. I guess kinda like Minnesota's gym is. but maybe worse. They say they will provide a stool for the coach to sit on. and if guys dive for losse balls they only have feet to stop or they will go over the edge of the floor. Sounds weird.

Also, there no fans within like 50 feet from the basket. I am a little worried about that affecting our 3 point shooting. With the depth perception.

agreed.  i hate when they have basketball games at non-basketball sites.  wish they could've just got the toyota center for these games.

I thought the floor ended up being pretty cool. It was a bit odd that the players have to take steps to get to the floor but the black background for the shooters was great. It looked good on TV too.

That buzzer has to go.

yes, turned ouy to be pretty good.  the black backdrop behind the baskets worked out well.  it didn't seem as loud as i hoped.  maybe the horn fans can pump it up a little more tomorrow.

The only way texas beats memphis is if Kevin Durant comes back to play for texas i dont care if this game in texas, texas already lost this year to mich st, and memphis killed mich st. So texas if you lose today you can say its because of kevin durant not playing.

40 minutes before game time and I have to disagree with Whaledogs. I think Texas wins this one by 5. If Durant was still here it would be by 20.
